Service Pricing Policy

1. Purpose
VIETENTRY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED publishes the prices of its electronic visa (e-Visa) support service openly and transparently on the website https://vietentry.com and the VietEntry app, so that customers know the costs clearly before paying.
2. Price structure
The price of each e-Visa application consists of two parts, shown separately:
- Government fee: set by Vietnam’s immigration authorities, varying by visa type (single or multiple entry).
- VietEntry service fee: varying by the processing time the customer chooses.
Total amount = (government fee + service fee) × number of people in the application. The price list for each visa type and processing time is shown on the e-Visa service page and at the service selection step before payment. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
3. Taxes and other charges
Apart from the total amount shown at the payment step, VietEntry does not charge any other amount. Currency conversion fees or international transaction fees (if any) are set and charged by the customer’s card-issuing bank, not by VietEntry.
4. Price changes
VietEntry may adjust prices when state authorities change their fees or when the scope or cost of the service changes. New prices apply from the time they are published on the website and app. Applications that have already been paid keep the price at the time of payment.
5. Promotions
When there is a promotion, VietEntry clearly publishes its conditions, duration and eligible customers. Promotions apply only to transactions that meet all the published conditions.
6. Partner services
The travel services introduced on the website and app (tours, SIM/eSIM, airport transfers, tour guides) are provided by partners. VietEntry does not sell or list prices for these services; customers send a request through the contact form for advice, and prices and conditions are quoted directly by the partner.
7. Pricing errors
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, VietEntry will notify the customer to agree on a solution. Any amount charged above the correct price will be refunded; the customer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund if they do not agree with the correct price.
