Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VietEntry app and website ("Service"), operated by VietEntry Technology. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VietEntry does

VietEntry helps you prepare and submit Vietnamese visa applications and book related travel services (tours, eSIM, guides). VietEntry is a private service provider and is not a government agency. We facilitate your application; the decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the competent Vietnamese authorities.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current information, including truthful passport details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Submit only genuine documents that belong to you or to a traveller you are authorised to represent.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent information.
  • You are responsible for meeting the entry requirements of Vietnam; visa rules are set by the authorities and may change.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees are shown before you pay and are processed securely through Stripe. Government visa fees, service fees, and third-party booking fees may be non-refundable once an application is submitted or a booking is confirmed. Refund eligibility is shown at the time of purchase and in your order details.

5. No guarantee of visa approval

VietEntry does not and cannot guarantee that your visa will be approved, or approved within any specific time. Approval, refusal, and processing time are determined by the Vietnamese authorities. Service fees cover our assistance, not the outcome.

6. Identity verification

To reduce fraud, we compare your portrait photo with your passport photo. By submitting these images you consent to this processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, belongs to VietEntry Technology. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VietEntry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for visa refusals, delays, or entry decisions made by the authorities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the application concerned.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
