Conditions and Limitations of Service

1. Purpose and scope

This document sets out the conditions and limitations under which VIETENTRY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED provides its electronic visa (e-Visa) support service through the website https://vietentry.com and the VietEntry app, and applies to all individuals and organisations using the service.

2. Nature of the service

  • VietEntry is a private company providing support with preparing and submitting e-Visa applications. VietEntry is not a government authority and has no power to issue visas.
  • Granting or refusing a visa is decided by Vietnam’s immigration authorities. VietEntry does not guarantee that an application will be granted a visa, and does not guarantee that the customer will be allowed to enter — the decision to permit entry rests with the immigration control force at the border checkpoint.
  • Customers may submit their e-Visa application themselves directly on the official portal of the Vietnam Immigration Department without using VietEntry’s service.

3. Conditions for using the service

  • The applicant is a foreign national eligible for a Vietnam e-Visa under current regulations.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry; the system does not allow an application to be submitted if the passport does not meet this condition.
  • The intended date of entry must be far enough ahead to allow for the selected processing time; the system only allows suitable dates to be chosen.
  • The customer provides a clear passport photo and portrait photo and accurate information that matches the passport.
  • Applications for persons under 16 are submitted on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The service is provided only after the customer has paid in full in accordance with the Payment Policy.

4. Partner travel services

Information about tours, SIM/eSIM, airport transfers and tour guides on the website and app is provided only to introduce partners’ services. VietEntry does not sell, does not take bookings for and does not collect payment for these services; customers send a request through the contact form and the partner advises them directly. Partners are responsible for the price, quality and conditions of their own services.

5. Service hours

The website and app accept applications 24/7. Applications are processed on business days in Vietnam; processing time is counted according to the option the customer selects. The service may be temporarily interrupted during maintenance or system upgrades, when government portals are interrupted, or due to force majeure events. VietEntry will notify customers and restore the service as soon as possible.

6. Prohibited conduct

Customers must not use the service to:

  • Provide false information or forged documents, or submit an application for another person without that person’s permission.
  • Pursue a purpose of entry that is unlawful under Vietnamese law.
  • Gain unauthorised access, attack, spread malware or otherwise interfere with the system.
  • Use automated tools to copy or extract data from the website or app.
  • Infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights or other lawful rights of any organisation or individual.

7. Suspension or refusal of service

VietEntry may refuse or suspend the service when the customer provides false information, shows signs of fraud, breaches section 6, when requested by competent state authorities, or due to force majeure events. Amounts paid for applications that have not yet been submitted will be handled in accordance with the Service Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Changes to the conditions of service

VietEntry may update the conditions of service to suit its operations and the law. Significant changes will be announced on the website or app, or by email. Applications already paid are subject to the conditions in force at the time of payment, unless the change results from regulations of state authorities.
